terms of use
last update: July 22, 2026Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CashVers website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated under the brand CashVers ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, browsing the Platform, completing offers, making store purchases, or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
- Account — your registered CashVers user profile.
- Balance or Wallet Balance — credits shown in your account that may be spent in the Store or, where available, withdrawn subject to these Terms.
- Digital Product — a digital game key, gift card code, or similar item sold through the Store.
- Offer or Task — a survey, app install, game milestone, video, or other activity provided directly or through a third-party partner that may credit Balance when completed according to its requirements.
- Reveal — the action by which you confirm you want to view a delivered Digital Product code on the Platform. Reveal is final for refund purposes.
- Store — the CashVers product-key and gift-card marketplace.
- Third-Party Partner — an offerwall provider, payment processor, identity-verification provider, digital-goods supplier, or other third party whose services we integrate.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if:
- you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online reward and e-commerce services in your country (whichever is higher);
- if you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf;
- you are legally permitted to use the Platform in your location; and
- you are not barred from using the Platform under applicable law.
We may restrict or block access from certain countries or regions for the earn program, Store, payments, or withdrawals. Availability of Offers, Digital Products, and payout methods may vary by location.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals or certain Store purchases. Some payment or payout options may only be available to users who meet age or verification requirements under applicable law or processor rules.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your Account and for safeguarding your login credentials.
Unless we expressly allow otherwise in writing:
- you may maintain one Account per person;
- you may not share, sell, transfer, or jointly operate an Account;
- you may not create Accounts using false information, another person's identity, or automated means.
Notify us promptly through Contact / support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4. Platform Overview
CashVers combines several services under one Account:
4.1 Earn / Rewards Program
You may earn Balance by completing Offers, daily bonuses, referrals, and other promotions we make available from time to time. Earning opportunities are not guaranteed and may change, pause, or end without notice.
4.2 Wallet Balance
Balance is a Platform credit. It is not a bank account, e-money account, or stored-value instrument unless required by law. Balance has no cash value except as described in these Terms (Store spending or eligible withdrawals). We may round, display, or convert amounts for operational purposes.
4.3 Product Key Store
The Store lets you purchase Digital Products using eligible payment methods or Balance. Digital Products are delivered electronically. Product availability, pricing, platform compatibility, and regional restrictions are shown on product pages and may change.
5. Offers, Tasks, and Third-Party Partners
Many Offers are supplied and tracked by Third-Party Partners (offerwalls, advertisers, survey routers, and similar providers). When you start an Offer, you also agree to that partner's applicable terms and privacy practices.
5.1 Crediting rules
- Offers credit only when the partner confirms completion according to all stated requirements (level reached, hold period, install kept, survey finished, etc.).
- Crediting may be delayed, partial, or denied if requirements are not met, tracking fails, or the partner reverses the transaction.
- We and our partners may review Offer activity for fraud, abuse, or policy violations before crediting or paying out.
5.2 VPN, proxy, emulator, and device rules
Unless an Offer explicitly permits otherwise, you must complete Offers using your real device, real IP address, and accurate profile country. You must not use VPNs, proxies, emulators, spoofed locations, or similar tools to access Offers or circumvent geo-targeting. Activity detected under such conditions may be denied, reversed, or treated as a Terms violation.
5.3 Chargebacks and reversals (earn side)
Advertisers and partners may reverse or charge back Offer credits after initial approval (for example, due to fraud findings, refund requests to the advertiser, or invalid completions). When that happens, we may deduct the reversed amount from your Balance or future earnings. If your Balance is insufficient, your Account may be restricted until the amount is recovered or resolved.
5.4 No guarantee of earnings
We do not guarantee that any Offer will remain available, credit on time, or credit at all. Third-Party Partners may remove or change Offers without notice.
6. Referral Program
Where offered, you may earn referral rewards when eligible users you refer complete qualifying activity. Referral rewards are subject to program rules shown in the Platform.
Referral abuse — including self-referrals, duplicate Accounts, fake users, incentivized low-quality signups, or manipulation of tracking — may result in disqualification, reversal of referral credits, Account suspension, or permanent ban.
7. Wallet Balance — Use, Restrictions, and Forfeiture
You may use Balance to:
- purchase eligible Digital Products in the Store; and/or
- request withdrawal through payout methods we make available, subject to minimums, verification, and review.
Balance is non-transferable except as expressly provided on the Platform. You may not sell, exchange, or assign Balance to other users outside approved Platform features.
We may adjust, hold, freeze, or remove Balance if we reasonably believe it was obtained through fraud, error, Offer reversal, chargeback, Terms violation, or unauthorized activity. Upon Account termination for cause, unused Balance may be forfeited except where prohibited by law.
8. Withdrawals and Payouts
Withdrawals convert eligible Balance into an external payout where supported. Available payout methods may include cryptocurrency, gift cards, and other options displayed on the cashout page. Methods, minimums, and availability vary by region and may change without notice.
PayPal is not offered as a CashVers withdrawal method unless we explicitly enable it in the Platform and update these Terms.
8.1 Withdrawal requests
When you submit a withdrawal request, you must provide accurate payout details (for example, a valid crypto wallet address or correct gift-card delivery information). You are solely responsible for errors in payout details. Transactions sent to an incorrect address or account generally cannot be recovered.
8.2 Review, holds, and processing time
All withdrawal requests are subject to review. We may place a withdrawal on hold, request additional verification, or approve, reject, or cancel a request at our reasonable discretion to prevent fraud, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.
8.3 Grounds for rejection or cancellation
Non-exhaustive reasons we may reject or cancel a withdrawal include:
- insufficient legitimate Offer activity relative to requested payout (for example, earning primarily from daily bonuses without meaningful Offer completion);
- invalid or incorrect payout details;
- suspicious Account activity;
- required identity verification (KYC) not completed or not approved;
- violation of these Terms;
- duplicate withdrawal request;
- minimum withdrawal requirements not met; or
- VPN or proxy usage detected in connection with Offer completion.
If a withdrawal is rejected or cancelled, we will typically restore the requested amount to your Balance unless otherwise stated in a notice to you or required by law.
8.4 Fees and limits
Network fees, processor fees, or conversion costs for crypto or other payouts may be deducted from the payout amount or Balance as disclosed at checkout or cashout. We may impose daily, weekly, or lifetime limits.
9. Identity Verification (KYC)
We use a Third-Party Partner identity-verification service (currently Didit) to verify users when required. You agree to provide truthful documents and information if we request verification.
KYC may be required before your first withdrawal, before higher-value withdrawals, before certain Store orders, or at any time we reasonably suspect fraud or regulatory risk.
If verification is declined, incomplete, or inconsistent with your Account, we may restrict withdrawals, Store purchases, or the Account until resolved. We may retain verification records as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Product Key Store — Orders and Delivery
When you place a Store order, you purchase a license or activation code for a Digital Product, not physical goods. Delivery is electronic, usually after payment confirmation and successful supplier fulfillment.
Digital Products may be sourced from third-party suppliers (including wholesale marketplaces such as Kinguin). We do not manufacture game or platform software. Activation, compatibility, regional lock, DLC requirements, and publisher policies are your responsibility to verify before purchase.
Product titles, artwork, and platform labels are for identification. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10.1 Regional restrictions and activation
Many Digital Products are region-locked or platform-specific. Check the product page carefully. We are not responsible for keys that cannot be redeemed because of region, platform, account status, or publisher enforcement actions.
10.2 Order status and fulfillment delays
Orders may show statuses such as pending, processing, completed, failed, cancelled, or refunded. Supplier delays, stock issues, or manual review may extend delivery times. If fulfillment fails after payment, we will follow the refund rules in Section 11.
11. Store Payments
Depending on availability, Store checkout may support:
- Card payments processed by Stripe (or another card processor we designate);
- Cryptocurrency payments processed through our crypto payment partner (such as NOWPayments); and/or
- Wallet Balance.
By paying through a Third-Party Partner, you also agree to that processor's terms. Crypto payments are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
11.1 Balance-paid orders — manual review
Orders paid with Wallet Balance may enter a pending approval state while we perform fraud or abuse review. During this period, Digital Products are not delivered. If we approve the order, fulfillment proceeds. If we reject or cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and return the Balance to your Account unless otherwise required by law.
11.2 Pricing and errors
We may correct pricing or listing errors before order acceptance. If an obvious error occurred after payment, we may cancel the order and refund according to Section 12.
12. Refunds, Cancellations, and Store Chargebacks
12.1 14-day refund window (unused, unrevealed keys)
For eligible Digital Product orders, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- the key or code has not been Revealed; and
- the Digital Product has not been used, redeemed, or activated.
Approved refunds for Balance-paid orders are typically returned to your Wallet Balance. Approved refunds for card or crypto orders may be returned to the original payment method where feasible, or credited to Balance if the processor or law does not permit reversal to the original method.
12.2 No refund after Reveal
When you Reveal a key, you acknowledge the code is displayed to you and delivery is complete. Refunds are not available after Reveal, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise (for example, defective codes that were genuinely non-functional at delivery and not caused by publisher account issues).
12.3 Failed or cancelled orders
If we cancel an order before delivery or fulfillment fails, we will refund the amount paid using the same general rules above.
12.4 Card payment chargebacks
If you initiate a payment chargeback or payment dispute for a Store order without first contacting support, we may suspend your Account, reverse delivered value, and refuse future purchases or withdrawals while the dispute is investigated.
12.5 How to request a Store refund
Contact us through Contact / support with your order number and reason. We may ask for additional information to prevent abuse.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, farms, or artificial means to complete Offers or create Accounts;
- exploit bugs, duplicate rewards, or manipulate tracking;
- use VPNs, proxies, emulators, or location spoofing to earn, purchase, or withdraw in violation of these Terms;
- provide false identity, payment, or payout information;
- operate multiple Accounts or refer yourself;
- purchase Digital Products for unlawful resale, fraud, or money laundering;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Platform;
- harass staff or other users; or
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your Account at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or harmed the Platform, users, or partners. We may do so with or without prior notice where reasonable.
Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution, and intellectual property) will survive.
15. Intellectual Property
The Platform's design, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to CashVers and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal, lawful purposes under these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.
16. Disclaimers
The Platform and all Digital Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not control Third-Party Partners and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, Offer availability, publisher enforcement, or key activation outcomes beyond our stated refund policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashVers and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or cryptocurrency value, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for Store purchases in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where a higher minimum is required by law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashVers and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
19. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CashVers operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence may apply where they cannot be waived.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, competent courts where CashVers is established will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Platform and update the "last update" date shown on the Terms page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Platform and close your Account.
21. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and CashVers regarding the Platform, except for any separate written agreement we sign with you.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a reorganization, sale, or legal successor.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
