Manage Your Motel Take control of the full guest experience from check-in to checkout. Assign customers to available rooms, set prices based on room quality, upgrades, and cleanliness, then collect payments after their stay. Keep rooms in top condition to earn better rewards and tips. Poorly maintained rooms lose value over time and are more likely to become damaged or dirty. Clean, Repair, Repeat Every room needs attention. After guests leave, inspect the damage and restore everything before the next booking. Handle tasks such as: Cleaning trash and messes Replacing light bulbs Repairing switches Fixing damaged devices Cleaning toilets Restoring room condition The better you maintain your motel, the more money you can earn. Upgrade Every Room Improve your rooms with furniture, appliances, and useful add-ons to permanently increase rental value. Each room supports multiple upgrade slots, allowing you to customize layouts and create higher-tier accommodations.
