Some swarm buildings require energy to function, while others require fuel such as coal and wood. Make sure fireflies deliver this energy to your buildings using the spire network that you will be designing carefully as they follow the path of least resistance. Unlock the full potential of the swarm. In order to evolve your swarm, you will have to unlock genetic codes at the Genetic Chamber. This will unlock much of industrial capacity of the hive. Automate building. Building a mega swarm base is possible thanks to Drones that will place buildings for you. You only have to copy and paste, and they will do the rest. Defend or attack. As your hive grows, so will the creep generated from your buildings will spread further and further. A robotic civilization living on the planet will form waves to attack your base. You must take care of them, or they will take care of you. Bloodflies and Feastlings may be used to overwhelm your foes. Remember, quantity over quality is the way of the swarm.
